Who We Are

Millennium Community Management, LLC was started in 2000 in a small office in La Mirada. As the company grew we moved to a location that better served our clients. Our corporate office is located in the City of Santa Ana and has easy access to three major freeways. Our Coachella Valley is located at           44801 Village Court Suite 101 Palm Desert, CA 92260 .

We are boutique full service, professional company, specializing in first-rate community management and client centered association services. Our company is focused on what we believe is most important………… client satisfaction! Since every community is different, we customize community association management services that address specific concerns and needs of your unique community.

All members of our staff have been in the industry for many years and continue to educate themselves to stay abreast of new laws and procedures relevant to our industry. We focus on education, attention to detail and assisting each member with utmost care.

At MCM, LLC our customer’s concerns are our own. We have been servicing clients in Southern California since 2000. We are a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and California Association of Community Managers (CACM). Millennium will provide your community with trained, knowledgeable community managers who will work directly with the Board to facilitate management, customer service and accounting functions.

Our philosophy is slow steady growth. It is important for us to take on only as many accounts as we are prepared to service so that we are able to demonstrate superior customer service.

What We Do

MCM, LLC is committed to supporting both the Board of Directors and members of the Association to create a cohesive and pleasant neighborhood in which to live. Not only do we provide excellent financial and management services, we also consider other aspects of management which make a community successful.

We work with each Board of Directors to strategize and prepare a list for the community’s goals and objectives for the coming year. From this we develop and implement a plan that addresses current needs of each individual community. Together we consider all areas of the community such as large projects, landscaping, curb appeal, resident relations, CC&R enforcement, and financial considerations for repair and maintenance, etc.

As a community management company MCM, LLC recognizes the integral part we play in forming good relationships with homeowners and the greater community. We manage all of our associations with integrity and professionalism.

KIM HANSELE

President and CEO

Kim started her company in a small laundry room over 20 years ago and now has two offices to support her clients from.  Kim still has some of the very first clients she took on in the beginning and treats them as her own.  Kim oversees the Community Managers and helps them with all daily activity as needed.  Kim’s creating a consistent product that works with each Associations needs and wants.  Kim goes above and beyond working will all the staff to stay informed with new laws and keep consistent products going out to our Board of Directors.  Kim has a very open-door policy that all staff and clients can benefit from.

SCOTT MERLE

Executive Vice President

Scott has been with Millennium Community Management since 2003 and has changed the Accounting Department to be efficient and reliable in having the completed monthly financials to the Community Managers on a timely basis.  Scott has over 30 years in the industry and has worked in all aspects of the accounting field.  We have tracking and review processes to assist each area which eliminates the need to revise various reports to complete the month financials.  Scott oversees all the accounting aspects with his team to produce the best financial packages the industry can offer.

SHANNON THORNHILL

Director of Community Management

Shannon has been in the industry for over 30 years and has been with Millennium Community Management since 2017. Shannon manages the Orange County office and oversees the staff. She works with Board Members, Vendors, and Homeowners to ensure a great client relationship. Shannon is well respected in the industry and has the ability to handle all situations that come up in the daily course of business.
